Karl Reynolds spent the early part of his business career in the City of London in sales, marketing and structured finance roles. For the past eighteen years, he has held a number of senior, commercially focused leadership roles within the not-for-profit arena including Head of Fundraising for Comic Relief and Sport Relief and Commercial Director of the British Paralympic Association.
